In this talk two experienced leaders, both coming to their roles through very different paths, will share their thoughts on how to bring change and transformation to technical organsations large and small. You'll see examples, practical tips and whole frameworks for approaching organisational design, strategy setting, getting buy-in, navigating internal politics and much more.
Bio

A people-oriented technical leader with over 20 years’ experience managing and leading product engineering teams in many different ways.
Claire has a high tolerance for ambiguity and has worked in a multitude of different environments in both the private and public sectors. She loves the challenge of scaling people and processes in Technology teams and interfacing across a whole business.
She proactively leads change and inspires others, having a positive impact in the workplace, mentoring and coaching teams and individuals to be at their best along the way. Claire is a versatile and adaptable leader, with experience of managing both large distributed teams of up to 200 people including managing suppliers and remote teams in multiple time zones
Claire is currently the VP of Technology & Product at moo.com and is part of the Senior Leadership Team
