Ben will take us through the lessons learned from facing insurgents, who excelled at iterative improvement. He will show us that when faced with the critical challenge to iterate faster and better than our adversaries their mission was quite literally a matter of life and death.

Ben Sawyer - Self-motivated, ambitious, and conscientious leader.
Ben is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He has a history of leading operations and delivering successful change in cross-functional environments. Service as an Army officer specializing in bomb disposal, special operations, logistics, and change, has developed, and honed his abilities as a leader, a decision maker, an innovator, and a problem solver, especially in ambiguous and high-pressure environments.
